Care and Repair

Our products are already treated against moisture and dirt, but you still need to keep your bag clean to make it last longer.

We've put together some tips and tricks so that you can wax, moisturize, clean, spray and love your Felitchi Cuero even more. You can find them on our care and repair page.

When you're not using your suitcase, store it in its dust bag. Also, to keep the shape of the bag, try filling it with some paper during the off-season.

Repairs

Our suitcases are built to last. That's why they need to be looked after. A broken buckle, a loose seam... they can certainly be fixed. Please send an e-mail to encomendas@felitchicuero.pt with some information about your repair. Depending on the nature of the damage, we can repair your product.

As soon as the repair request reaches our team, we will analyze it. Depending on the nature of the damage and the date of purchase, we will calculate the repair costs and discuss them before taking any further steps. Most of our repairs will be sent to our production team in Portugal, to maintain the same finish. As a result, the repair time is at least 5 weeks.
